Power Station Management & Operation

In keeping with the global approach to energy, every project is designed to utilize technological innovation for achieving financial success, alongside protecting the environment.

Principles in Project Design
  • Outline a suitable basket of fuels to ensure an available supply at a realistic price for the project
  • Minimize the carbon footprint
  • Commit to a package of services that ensures continuous and profitable activity
Rapac Ashkelon

Rapac Ashkelon was established by the Delek Group as Israel’s first independent power station – an initial step in realizing the plan to privatize the country’s electricity sector. Veridis was chosen as the most suitable company to manage and operate the project, for a period of 23 years, pursuant to a long-term management agreement.

Rapac Ashkelon operates at an 87 MW capacity. Veridis runs it to great success, while meeting the highest operational and environmental standards.
