General
1. The Company respects User Privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected, used, stored and processed by the Company, its subsidiaries and/or their proxies (collectively referred to as: the “Company”), including when using our Website at https://veridis.co.il/, landing pages and other digital assets, as well as in any contact with the Company, including via phone, regular and electronic mail, text messages, social networks and face-to-face conversations (all of which will be collectively referred to as: the “Use of the Website”).
2. Personal information is information that enables the identification of the User. Personal information is collected when the User provides it (for example, when filling out the online form on the “Contact” page) and automatically (for example, when the User uses the Website). The User is aware that there is no legal obligation to provide some of the personal information, but failure to provide certain information may prevent the Company from providing the User with the Services. Providing information (including by continuing to browse or using the various Services) constitutes consent to its processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with this Privacy Policy or the terms of use published on the Website, it must stop making any Use of the Website.
Types of Information
3. The Company processes, for example, data provided by the User, as part of the process of filling out the online form on the “Contact” page on the Website, regarding the content and information transmitted about the User while browsing the Website and any information and/or data about the user and/or others related to it (whether provided by it or by others).
4. The Company also processes data that does not directly identify the User, for example – information about the device and its use, IP address, usage analysis, crash and error reports, browser and device characteristics, information about operating system functionality, language preferences, website addresses, location, information about how and when the User uses the Website and its use of the Internet before and after such use, content preferences, other technical information and/or data that may not necessarily be related to it. The Company may transfer statistical information about User activity on said websites to third parties, including advertisers. Statistical information transmitted will not personally identify the User. The User consents to said transfer.
Purposes of Information Processing
5. The Company will be entitled to process personal information about the User for the purpose of carrying out business operations related to its Services or products, as well as for its business conduct. For example, the Company will process the information to –
(1) operate various Services and products. For example, the Company uses information about the User to operate the Website and to respond to User inquiries, resolve any potential problems the User may have with the Use of the Website, and for other legitimate business purposes;
(2) Improving the Company’s Services;
(3) For ongoing review, improvement, and development of the Company’s Website and Services;
(4) In order to comply with and assess compliance with laws, rules, regulations, judicial decisions, policies and internal procedures applicable to the User;
(5) To enforce and/or protect the rights, property and/or legal and/or other interests of the Company and/or third parties and to protect the safety of the Website User and/or any other person and/or entity associated with the Company;
(6) To defend against lawsuits, demands and/or other legal proceedings;
(7) For security purposes. These goals include performing the analysis required to detect malicious data and understand how it may affect the User, for monitoring and statistical analysis of ongoing attacks on devices and systems, and for ongoing adaptation of the solutions provided to secure devices and systems against various attacks.
Third Parties
6. The Company works with various third parties from time to time and will transfer personal information about the User to them, for example in cases where it requests assistance with the purposes of processing the information we have listed above, and for example in the following cases:
(1) To answer the User’s inquiries, fulfill their requests, and share knowledge on a particular topic;
(2) When the Company finds that the User’s actions on the Website are carried out for the purpose of committing fraud of any kind or are actions that are deemed to be contrary to the law or an attempt to commit such actions;
(3) If the Company is obligated to do so pursuant to a legal requirement and/or a judicial order and/or a requirement of a competent authority instructing the Company to provide the User’s details;
(4) If the Company faces a threat that legal action (criminal or civil) will be taken against it for actions taken by the Website User;
(5) In the context of any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between the User and the Company and/or in connection with its Use of the Website;
(6) To service providers (including outside Israel), who were hired to perform Services on behalf of the Company. It is clarified that the Company requires all service providers hired to perform Services on behalf of the Company to agree to process personal information about the User in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy;
(7) In any case where the Company believes that providing personal information about the User is necessary to prevent infringement of its rights or those of third parties and/or Company entities.
(8) As part of collaborations with companies that have business ties with the Company.
(9) If the Company manages the Website within the framework of another corporation – and in the event that the Company merges with another entity or merges the Website with the activities of a third party, all in whole or in part – it will be entitled to transfer to the new corporation or third party as mentioned the information stored about the Website User, in the database or any statistical information in its possession, provided that this corporation or third party accepts the provisions of the Company’s Privacy Policy or provisions of the same nature.
Information Security
7. The Company places great importance on protecting privacy and makes reasonable commercial efforts, under the circumstances, to safeguard personal information about the User that is provided to it by the User. Notwithstanding the above, while these measures reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion into Company computers, there is no absolute security or method of electronic storage that is 100% secure or protected. The Company cannot guarantee to the User that unauthorized access to the Website will not occur. If the User believes that its personal information may be compromised, it must notify the Company immediately by contacting using the details below.
Data Collection Technologies
8. The Company may use a variety of data collection technologies such as Cookies, Web Beacons, Web Pixels, Flash and/or other tracking technologies (the “Data Collection Technologies”). It should be noted that third parties used by the Company to operate the Website may also use Data Collection Technologies.
9. Explanation of Data Collection Technologies: “Cookies”, for example, are text files that the User’s browser creates according to a command from the Company’s computers. Some Cookies will expire when the User closes the browser and others are saved on the User’s computer’s hard drive. Use of the information collected through Data Collection Technologies may include the purposes detailed above, as well as presenting the User with content and advertisements outside the Website (Remarketing). 11. Examples of Data Collection Technologies –
(1) The Website uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of the Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often a User visits the Website, what pages they visit when they do, and what other websites they may have used before reaching the Website. The Company uses the information it receives from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Website. The Company does not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. (3) In addition, the Company may use various companies that provide it with statistical analyses regarding the Use of the Website. The companies collect and analyze information about the scope of Use of the Website, the frequency of its use, the User’s sources of access to the Website, and so on. The information collected is statistical in nature, does not identify you personally, and is intended for analysis, research and control purposes, and the Company may use it, including transferring it to a third party, at its discretion.
Information Transfer

Changes

Miscellaneous
16. If a final judgment or judicial decision is determined and ruled that any part of the Privacy Policy is invalid, only that part will be invalid and all other parts of the Privacy Policy will remain in effect and continue to bind the User. The User agrees that the Privacy Policy must be given the broadest interpretation and application in order to enforce it or any part of it.

18. The Privacy Policy will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter relating to this Privacy Policy and the Use of the Website is the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo area.
Right to Access and Request Correction

In certain circumstances, the User may have the right to access personal information collected about them in accordance with Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, and may also have the right to request the correction or deletion of information collected about them if they find that it is not accurate, complete, clear, or up to date, in accordance with Section 14 of the aforementioned law.
